Where Do You Ship?

Pretty much everywhere, with the exception of countries with a known reputation for customs issues, theft, and mishandling, or that currently do not have mail service coming from the U.S.

 

How Much Is Shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight. Orders over $75 ship free.

If there is a difference of more than $3 in shipping charged vs. actual shipping costs you will be refunded the excess shipping fees. 

 

When Will I Receive My Order?

Made-to-order items such as apparel and totes typically take 2-7 business days for the final product to be shipped. 

Inventory that is in stock ships within 1-2 business days. Every once in a while something with an odd shape or size needs special packaging, which could cause a 1-2 day shipping delay.

All orders ship via USPS or UPS. Depending on the items and weight, your order will be shipped as First Class Package, Media Mail, Priority Mail (for packages that weigh over one pound), or UPS Ground (for heavy items). 

Most orders will be delivered within 2-7 business days within the US.

International orders can take anywhere from 7-30 days.

 

Customs

Hello Violet is not responsible for customs delays, taxes, or fees. Please consider checking your local customs office before ordering for current information on what to expect when ordering from the United States.

Sage, herbs, and tea cannot ship to Canada as there are customs restrictions on these items.

 

Wrong Addresses/Undeliverable Mail/Lost or Stolen Packages

In the event that your package is lost, your order will be refunded or replaced.

We consider items to be lost if domestic tracking has not been updated in 30 days and international 60 days. If you have not received your order, please email shophelloviolet@gmail.com and we will start with a missing mail claim. If the carrier does not locate the package within a reasonable timeframe a refund or replacement will be issued. 

Refunds/replacements will not be given to packages marked as delivered by the carrier. 

Packages lost due to an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at checkout will not be refunded or exchanged.
